Iowa Volleyball Region – Social Media & Content Creation Manager Are you passionate about sports, storytelling, and social media? Iowa Volleyball Region is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Creation Manager to help us bring our events and athletes to life across digital platforms. Position: Social Media & Content Creation Manager Compensation: Stipend plus travel, meals, and accommodations covered for events Location: Remote + travel to key events Key Responsibilities: · Capture and create engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) at Iowa Volleyball Region events · Cover the Iowa High Performance Camp at Coe College · Travel to and follow teams during the All-Star Championships · Highlight our Beach Tournament Series and Junior Regional Championships · Create and schedule social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X · Share athlete stories, behind-the-scenes moments, and event highlights in real-time · Collaborate with staff on content strategy and messaging Ideal Candidate: · Strong knowledge of major social media platforms · Comfortable with photography, video recording, and basic editing · Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar · Excellent written and visual storytelling skills · Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently · Passion for volleyball and youth sports is a plus · Must be available to travel to events (expenses covered) · A successful candidate will need to become a USA Volleyball Member as well as pass a required background check & complete a short training course. With the new Age/Grade Definitions you MUST have the players Graduation Year in their profile. 2025-2026 AGE GROUPS: 18 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2026 or later 16 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2028 or later 14 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2030 or later 12 & Under: Athletes graduating high school in 2032 or later
